CentraCare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist to join our team at the Integrated Pain Center in St. Cloud, MN. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work to the top of your license and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

**Job Summary**
Conduct comprehensive medication management services for CentraCare clinic, adhering to Ambulatory Pharmacist Scope of Practice standards while ensuring that pharmacy laws and other regulatory requirements are met. Provide precepting and mentorship for the ambulatory pharmacy resident(s) and student(s).

**Schedule**
Full-time position, 64 hours per two weeks, onsite. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends or holidays.

**Benefits**

**Qualifications**
PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required. 1 year PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred. Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required. Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 90 Days Required. Previous ambulatory pharmacy (MTM) experience, preferred.
