Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive medication management services for CentraCare clinic, adhering to Ambulatory Pharmacist Scope of Practice standards.
- Ensure that pharmacy laws and other regulatory requirements are met.
- Precept and provide mentorship for the ambulatory pharmacy resident(s) and student(s).
- PharmD degree and/or BS Pharm degree required.
- 1 year PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.
- Current licensure by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy or eligibility for licensure required.
- Eligible for Pharmacy Specialty Board Certification preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 90 Days Required.
- Previous ambulatory pharmacy (MTM) experience, preferred.
- Salary starting at $117,769 or more based on experience.
