- Mentor and teach healthcare team members as needed.
- Develop patient care plans per established standards.
- Current and valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- LTC/SNF/Rehab experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
