We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northampton Post Acute. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents, families, and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of PA.
  • Ability to provide excellent patient care.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality.
  • Accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.
