The role will involve learning our business process, servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, and developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. As a leader, you will be responsible for training and developing a small team to perform these tasks, and will have the opportunity to become an expert in our systems and process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Service Existing Client Base**: Provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • **Research New Business Opportunities**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
  • **Supervision of Team Activity and Results**: Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • **Train and Develop Incoming Team Members**: Develop and implement training programs to ensure new team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • **Daily Reporting of Field Activity**: Utilize our Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily field activity.
  • **Daily Focus on Recruiting, Training, and Leadership Development**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve team performance and develop leadership skills.

  • **Sales or Customer Service Experience**: Proven experience in sales or customer service.

  • **Desire to be Active in the Community**: Commitment to community involvement and development.
  • **Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce Preferred)**: Familiarity with CRM systems and software.

**Licensing Requirements:**

  • **Driver's License and Ability to Work in the U.S.**: Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
  • **Clean Background and Own Transportation**: Clean background check and reliable transportation.
  • **45-Day Minimum Evaluation Period**: 45-day evaluation period before advancement opportunities.
