Counterperson Sales Representative

PASSARO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a leader who can drive business growth and development. With over 120 years of industry leadership, we are committed to excellence and innovation.
The role will involve learning our business process, servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, and developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. As a leader, you will be responsible for training and developing a small team to perform these tasks, and will have the opportunity to become an expert in our systems and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Service Existing Client Base**: Provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- **Research New Business Opportunities**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
- **Supervision of Team Activity and Results**: Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- **Train and Develop Incoming Team Members**: Develop and implement training programs to ensure new team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- **Daily Reporting of Field Activity**: Utilize our Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily field activity.
- **Daily Focus on Recruiting, Training, and Leadership Development**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve team performance and develop leadership skills.

- **Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce Preferred)**: Familiarity with CRM systems and software.
**Licensing Requirements:**
- **Driver's License and Ability to Work in the U.S.**: Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
