Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Members with various needs including DMV services, cashiering, auto travel, notary services, and insurance sales support.
- Actively promote AAA products and services to meet organizational goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain member retention.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and computer skills.
- Accuracy and comfort in handling cash transactions and balancing a cash drawer.
- Successful completion of background checks.
- High school diploma/GED and valid Driver's License.
