About the Job

This is a full-time customer service position that requires availability during business hours and the ability to work on-site in our Orem office. The schedule will typically be Monday through Friday between 7 and 6 pm, as that is when our clients use our software. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and consulting our customers as they use our software. You will need to be proactive in finding ways to answer customers' questions before they even ask.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with new customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our software

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers

• Collaborate with our support team to identify and resolve customer issues

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of our software and communicate changes to customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and technical skills

• Experience with software implementation and customer success a plus
