Job Summary

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Your expertise in project management will be essential in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of project management, including planning, design, construction, and occupancy.
  • Work closely with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, and work plans.
  • Define project delivery resources and implement project documentation governance.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Direct project delivery teams and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
