Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lean Project Manager to join our team at Eurofins GSC Poland Sp. z o. o.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project manager with a background in process improvement and LEAN principles to take on a senior leadership role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using LEAN principles.
  • Develop and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure project deliverables are achieved within allocated timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on process improvement and LEAN principles.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
