Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintain complex electronic and mechanical equipment and tooling
- Perform intermediate product development and troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Build and maintain complex fixtures and equipment
- Conduct warranty analysis and develop root cause solutions
- Process service reports and maintain accurate records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, plus 5-8 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
This role requires working in a factory environment with exposure to hazardous materials, greasy or slippery floors, and loud noise levels. You must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and work at heights.
