Job Description

Nogales Psychological Counseling is seeking a skilled mental health clinician to join our team, specializing in workers' compensation cases. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed care through individual, family, and group therapy to support the mental health and recovery of injured workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client intakes, therapy sessions, and workers' compensation-related assessments to manage your caseload.

- Utilize our platforms and tools to document and track client progress and treatment outcomes.

- Collaborate with your team to develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of workers' compensation clients, focusing on rehabilitation and return-to-work goals.

- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care with external providers, attorneys, and claims adjusters involved in workers' compensation cases.

Requirements:

- Active registration with your relevant licensing board (AMFT, ASW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).

- Familiarity or willingness to learn the administrative procedures related to workers' compensation cases.

- Flexibility to provide both in-person and telehealth services as needed.
