As a key member of our team, you'll conduct field visits to facilities across Sonoma County, providing critical support to individuals facing significant mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to facilities across Sonoma County
  • Help clients overcome grave disabilities and work towards ending their conservatorship
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Current registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW
  • Passion for working with individuals facing significant mental health challenges
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, community-based settings
