Job Overview

Hamilton Health Box is a rapidly growing private equity-backed healthcare startup operating hybrid telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics. As a Primary Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-touch, low-cost healthcare experiences for patients and clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or Medical Assistant, with a strong background in providing patient-centered care. A Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification is highly recommended.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Pod Manager to develop individualized programs based on health risk assessments.
  • Formulate programs targeting high-need departments and adjust them as needed.
  • Assist with annual physicals, placement examinations, screenings, testing, and results reporting.
  • Schedule and complete follow-up exams, return to work exams, and consultation.
Requirements

An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
