**Estimated Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Ambassador to join our team. As a Public Area Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our public areas, including lounges, lobbies, and corridors. This will involve cleaning surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A self-starting personality with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and the operation of various cleaning equipment.
  • Able to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, and stand and walk public areas for extended periods of time.

You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

**Safety & Security:**

The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
