Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Case Manager to lead regulatory initiatives, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and engage with stakeholders effectively. This position may require the development of case documentation, serving as a subject matter expert, and spearheading process enhancements and special initiatives.

This role offers a hybrid work model, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as necessary.

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $98,000
Maximum: $146,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cases of moderate complexity
  • Independently manage the regulatory process
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and prepare relevant documentation
  • Review and assist in the creation of regulatory materials
  • Propose enhancements to existing processes
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate regulatory submissions and provide strategic insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Background in regulatory affairs, project management, and communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Capability to present effectively to various organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and persuasive skills
