Key Responsibilities- Develop software for instrument control systems using Lua, Python, C++, and C#.
- Design and implement algorithms and software control services for prototyping new functions and ideas.
- Collaborate with research scientists to implement and participate in patentable ideas.
- Work closely with external academic collaborators and field support to solve and reproduce customer issues.
- Master's degree or PhD in scientific fields like Mass Spectrometry, Applied Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working with instrumentation, medical or analytical instruments.
- Strong scientific and software development skills to design, implement, verify, and deploy complicated mass spectrometry and chromatography instruments and systems.
- Competitive salary range: $129,400.00–$194,050.00.
- Variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results.
