Senior Workday Integration Developer

We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our Corporate Systems team in a fast-paced environment responsible for developing integration solutions for Workday, a global HR and Finance platform.
This role involves all phases of the integration lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday integration technologies, Workday's implementation methodology, and collaboration with internal and external resources to ensure successful integration deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
- Support and maintain existing integrations, resolving complex integration issues with in-depth expertise in Workday solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with Human Resources and Finance domains, such as Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
- Coordinate with Workday support partners and vendors to meet project timelines and deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and artifacts for each phase of the integration lifecycle.
- Develop test cases and participate in peer code reviews with other developers.
- Deliver production support by responding promptly to issues and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards, and policies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Workday functional areas such as Human Resources, Payroll, and Financials.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday integration development, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
- Proven experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields.
- 5+ years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
- Strong understanding of Workday security protocols.
- Experience in Agile team environments, with a track record of working collaboratively and leading initiatives.
- Preferred experience with BIRT and Prism analytics.
- Familiarity with document transformation technologies like XSLT and XPATH.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Workday certification is required.
