About the Role:


As a Workday Integration Developer, you will join our team to design, develop and test various types of Workday integrations.

The role requires interaction with other internal (Finance, HR, IT and Payroll) and external team members, responding to requests and providing integrated solutions.

We work in an agile, flexible approach to defining business requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities and Impact:
Develop and test integrations within the Workday architecture

Review and translate business specifications and change requests into requirements and technical specifications

Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices

Leverage Agile framework principles and follow project methodologies

Understand and ensure data security, privacy and data quality in integrations is maintained

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience

3 to 5 years of experience as Workday Integration Developer

Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust and scalable solutions meeting the business and technology goals

Workday certification is a plus

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Workday modules especially Core HR, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Payroll, Business Processes, Organizational Hierarchies and Integrations Security

Experience working with Workday Payroll in-house and/or Workday solutions integrated with third party payroll providers. PECI/PICOF experience is preferred

Experience developing Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Advanced Custom Reports and Document Transforms) is mandatory

Experience in building integrations using Workday Web services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)

Experience working in XML, XSLT, Workday Custom Reports and Workday Custom Objects, BIRT
