We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to enhance the verification and validation processes for mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will engage in a structured product development approach that aligns with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test scripts for mobile applications on iOS and Android, ensuring adherence to design specifications and coding standards for medical software.
- Formulate and apply automation testing strategies for various components and features.
- Guarantee traceability and compliance of code with software specifications.
- Participate in evaluations of existing designs to accommodate new or revised requirements.
- Create, sustain, and enhance testing documentation, including test plans, protocols, and automated testing scripts. Manage and prioritize testing tasks effectively.
- Engage in the assessment and integration of new tools and testing frameworks for mobile platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in developing test scripts using programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, and/or Python, with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in various software engineering disciplines employing diverse programming techniques.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Appium, Selenium, and other quality assurance software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of iOS/Android development environments, including Xcode, Android Studio, emulators, and simulators.
- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing methodologies.
