Key Responsibilities:

As a Concessions Beverage Coordinator, your duties will include:

• Crafting exquisite beverages using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and creative techniques.

• Welcoming guests and accurately processing beverage orders from both patrons and service staff.

• Preparing cocktails and other drinks in accordance with established standards.

• Maintaining an organized and visually appealing bar area to facilitate efficient service.

• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections and serving techniques.

• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop unique mixers and garnishes.

• Verifying guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.

• Managing cash transactions and adhering to financial protocols.

• Ensuring the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and preparing inventory requests as needed.

• Serving food items to guests seated at the bar when required.

• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and promotions.

• Upholding cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Participating in mandatory training sessions and meetings.

• Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Valid BASSET certification.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum of two years of bartending experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of drink recipes and mixology techniques.

• Ability to create and serve beverages promptly and efficiently.

• Knowledge of wines and beverage pairings is a plus.

• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance.

• Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Enthusiasm for exceeding guest expectations.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
