Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Utilize advanced technology to enhance the sales process beyond traditional methods.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and adhere to corporate guidelines on pricing and presentation.
- Assess customer needs and build rapport to facilitate successful sales closures.
- Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system throughout the sales cycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients and keep them informed about project progress with the assistance of our internal teams.
- Engage in daily sales calls and participate in ongoing training and meetings.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home sales.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with technology.
- Proficiency in computer applications, with CRM experience preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in home improvement is a plus but not mandatory.
