Job Summary:The Licensed Professional Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services provided to residents
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Review patient health history, medication, and immunization administration
- Conduct focused nutrition assessments and blood pressure visits
- Work effectively with multiple members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in the State of Minnesota
- One year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting (if graduation did not occur within the last two years)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and work in a rapidly changing environment
