Business Development Representative

About Us: New Century Auto Group is a leading dealership in the region, committed to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This includes answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisitioning supplies, and additional clerical duties.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide customer satisfaction support for the dealership.
• Schedule service appointments via UDC interface.
• Process BMW TeleService Requests.
• Assign BMW Loaner Cars.
• Interacting with other Departments to provide an exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Additionally, proficiency in using company software and operating office equipment is essential.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
