MRI Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to lead our Radiology team at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care and maintaining accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the MRI modality and provide leadership to the assigned area.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and equipment advancements in imaging services.
- Ensure accreditation standards are met and perform a variety of tasks involving MRI equipment operation and other devices as needed.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Meet the requirements of the highest-level MRI Technologist at the assigned entity.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification as Radiologic Technologist in Radiography (R) and MRI Technologist (MR) or certified by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
- BS degree in a related field.
- Leadership experience and critical problem-solving skills.
- Prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory and ACR accreditation requirements.
