Business Development Representative

As a Staffing Sales Consultant at Randstad, you will be responsible for identifying client prospects and developing relationships to provide operational talent solutions.
Job Description:This role involves executing sales activities, negotiating pricing to ensure quality service delivery, and expanding our reach with a tech and personal touch approach. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of sales and business development experience, be able to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings, and work in the office at least 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person
- Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
- Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week

- At least 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
