Quality Control Checker Needed for Biotech Company in Carlsbad

BioPhase Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Checker to join our team in Carlsbad. As a Quality Control Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products by performing regular inspections and testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control inspections using various techniques, including comparator, gauge, micrometer, caliper, CMM, etc.
  • Document inspection results and generate non-conforming reports for parts that do not meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality control issues.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of an AA degree or high school diploma required.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a biotech or dental manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints/manufacturing drawings.
  • Proficiency in using metrology equipment, including micrometers, calipers, comparators, gauges, and preferably CMM.
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
