Job Summary

The Host is responsible for welcoming Guests, seating them at tables, and helping ensure quality of facilities and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct guests to waiting areas and manage front door practices and seat guests.
  • Inform guests of establishment specialties and features.
  • Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
  • Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and to respond to complaints.
  • Aid in maintaining the privacy of influencers by keeping other customers away from their table.
