Technical Customer Success Specialist

We are a leading equestrian client, staff, and barn management software company. Our mission is to help riding school and equestrian center owners manage their business operations efficiently while providing customers with a digital experience.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Client Advocate. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely issue resolution, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales Team to onboard new clients and ensure seamless integration with our software.
- Provide training and assistance to clients on using our platform, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, adhering to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) timescales.
- Investigate and document customer-reported defects, working closely with other departments to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for customers and new hires, helping to improve our overall customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior knowledge and experience in the Equestrian world.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong phone presence.
- Organized and self-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and helping others.
- Tech savvy and quick learner, with 2-4 years of experience handling customer-facing technical troubleshooting in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to retain ownership of an issue until resolved, with enthusiasm for helping customers find solutions.
- $40-65,000 annually, depending on experience, with eligibility for bonuses.

- Fully remote work arrangement.
