Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in our CCRC, SNF, and ALF settings. Key duties include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Tennessee Physical Therapy license and a degree in physical therapy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values its employees and provides opportunities for growth and development. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
