Senior Analyst: Anticipated salary range of $88,200 to $98,000, subject to experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Senior Analyst, Costing Desk / Analyst, Costing Desk role is responsible for executing costing calculations for Constellation NewEnergy's incremental products and managing the related processes to ensure accurate accounting and billing of those costs. The Senior Analyst will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing costing models as necessary to meet the responsibilities of the costing desk. Proficiency in utilizing all costing models and the ability to work independently on assigned markets is essential.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Develop, maintain, and operate costing models monthly for assigned markets to produce precise and timely pricing for billing.
+ Establish, manage, and maintain internal indices for all existing and new products, including setup, component determination, validation in pricing profiles, and application of appropriate models or calculations.
+ Supply cost data to the operational accounting team to assist in elucidating Incremental Profit and Loss and VLR product profitability.
+ Collaborate with Sales and Supply departments to identify margin opportunities and assist in determining suitable market pricing.
+ Support the Costing Desk team in constructing and applying relevant costing models and techniques as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Senior Analyst
+ Bachelor's degree in a business-related field plus five years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
+ Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and independent decision-making capabilities.
+ Understanding of CNE value proposition, retail markets, and processes.
+ Expertise in effectively and professionally communicating (both written and oral) with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, providing assistance to team members as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Analyst
+ Bachelor's degree in a business-related field plus two years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
