Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as horticulture, landscape architecture, or business, and at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the landscaping industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications and Licenses: A valid driver's license and any other certifications or licenses required by the state or local government.
