Electronics Assembler

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for performing fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing paste and sheet epoxies.
Performs fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity.
Perform surface mount, fine pitch, and through-hole soldering.
Able to work with miniaturized tools such as tweezers, fine screwdrivers, and soldering irons.
Able to work with precision and follow standardized, existing procedures.
Able to attach wires to load cell tabs by following schematics or wiring diagrams.
Meet high criteria for quality and output on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly.
Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and other similar tools; Good dexterity, eye/hand coordination.
Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings; Good computer skills are required to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions as well as other job activities.
Ability to work in a diverse team environment; Good interpersonal, teaming, and communication skills.
High School Diploma required.
Active J-STD 001 Certification.
US Person or US Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment.
Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices.
Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environments.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
