Quality Control Specialist

Filling & Assembly Self Auditor is a key role within our production team. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Specialist responsible for ensuring the quality of our finished products.
About the Role:
This position is responsible for performing sampling and inspection of packaged finished product for conformance to Quality specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspecting finished product for quality and conformance to specifications
Documenting and providing disposition of acceptable quality products
Extensive communication with Machine Operators and Supervisors to ensure quality standards are met
Training of line personnel and ongoing communication regarding quality issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
Ability to do basic mathematical calculations
Good attention to aesthetic detail
Good communication skills; verbal and written
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
