Packaging Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Packaging Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our packaged products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor and document the performance of sampling and inspection of packaged finished product.
- Collaborate with production team members to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to production team members on quality control procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and maneuver containers weighing up to 400 pounds.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
