About the Role

PacArctic, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to support our government customer in Greensboro, NC. This is a full-time, onsite position that requires a high level of expertise in providing direct care and supervision services to unaccompanied children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions to facilitate personal growth and skill building.
  • Assist with assessment and personal growth planning, linking children to appropriate services, and advocating on their behalf.
  • Document all services provided in accordance with identified frequency and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide ongoing case management services, including assessment, planning, linking, monitoring, referral, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and document physical health care in the clinical record.
  • Identify and report critical incidents according to company policy.
  • Participate in staff meetings, clinical staffing, and other internal meetings as assigned.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science with clinical experience.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
