About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Merchandise Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the growth of your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and interact with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
  • Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.

This position has a starting pay range of $17.28 to $17.78 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
