It transcends a mere workout; it transforms into a high-energy, exhilarating experience that leaves participants feeling inspired.

Creating an Exceptional Experience

There is no single approach to achieving this; rather, it is the instructor's authentic personality and enthusiasm that shine through. Exceptional instructors exhibit a diverse range of styles and personalities, contributing to a vibrant studio atmosphere.

Our studio thrives on diversity, featuring instructors of various ages and backgrounds, each bringing their own musical preferences and teaching styles. This variety is essential for attracting and retaining a broad spectrum of riders, as each individual has unique style preferences.

Class Responsibilities

  1. Arrive 20-30 minutes early to prepare and connect with riders.
  2. Stay 15-20 minutes post-class to engage with participants and assist with tidying up.
  3. Prepare a curated playlist in advance, ensuring a fresh selection for each class.
  4. Dress professionally in clean, branded attire or plain athletic wear.
  5. Adhere to the established class formats and guidelines.
  6. Make important announcements before and after class to inform riders of any specials or updates.

Studio Conduct

  1. Maintain a tidy DJ booth and handle all studio equipment with care.
  2. Keep personal items secured and refrain from leaving them in the studio.
  3. Assist with room setup and transitions as needed.

Marketing and Team Engagement

  1. Promote your class schedule and events on social media at least twice a week.
  2. Stay connected with the instructor community and participate in group training sessions.

Administrative Duties

  1. Regularly check studio communications for updates and confirmations.
