Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing systems engineering solutions for various programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systems engineering solutions for multiple programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Conduct trade studies, architecture development, and requirements development
  • Ensure system components work together to achieve desired results
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Aero/Astro, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and integration of hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to produce and present professional written reports and presentations
