Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and timely processing of guest information.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
