Position Overview:
At Sunrise Senior Living, our Care Manager (CNA, HHA, or PCA) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and their families within our assisted living and memory care communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families while assisting with daily living activities.
- Monitor changes in residents' conditions and communicate necessary adjustments in care.
- Facilitate life skills and enriching activities tailored to individual resident profiles.
- Incorporate a variety of sensory experiences into residents' daily routines.
- Participate in creating and updating Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Ensure the safety and well-being of assigned residents throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the community team to uphold safety standards and compliance with regulations.
- Respond to dining needs while maintaining our hospitality standards.
- Encourage and assist residents in engaging in life skills and activities as outlined in their ISP.
Qualifications:
- Passion for serving seniors with outstanding customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to various duties in a team-oriented environment.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and maintain necessary certifications.
- Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated judgment and problem-solving skills.
