Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls and messages in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends.
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments for potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding processes, orientations, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and daily operations.
  • Support marketing, sales, and public relations efforts.
  • Collaborate effectively within the office environment.
  • Efficiently manage referrals, inquiries, and payroll tasks.
  • Maintain precise personnel records and documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and the Operations Manager.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all communications.
  • Demonstrate multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting.
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients and staff.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant business experience.
  • Strong organizational and computer proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties outside of standard office hours.
