Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Vent Unit at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your nursing skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, providing leadership and support to your colleagues as needed, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing
  • AHA CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
