- Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitor project progress and maintain project records

- Identify and assess project risks and issues. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential problems
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with project plans
- Supervise and provide guidance to field teams, ensuring a collaborative and productive working environment
- Identify needs or deficiencies in training, equipment, and resources and communicate these to the Project Manager
- Manage the preparation and executing of the project closeout process
- Handle customer service issues and customer complaints as needed
- Complete additional tasks assigned to support the effective functioning of the project management process
- Assist in maintaining progress payments for federal, commercial, and residential projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred
- Experience in managing field staff and building relationships with clients
- Demonstrated track record of jobsite safety excellence
- Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
