Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are a leading provider of maintenance and facilities management services across the United States, specializing in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC solutions. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking experienced and licensed Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure the optimal performance and safety of client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Accurately diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services and providing recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid and up-to-date Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC licenses in the state(s) of operation.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, ideally within the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industries.
- Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within the designated service area.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, working in various environments.
- Competitive annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
