Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at DOC Services Inc. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electromechanical equipment in big-box retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures on equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Skilled use of hand and power tools for equipment assembly, disassembly, and repair.
- Prompt response to service calls to maintain seamless equipment operation.
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in equipment repair or equivalent training.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including the ability to read schematics.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- The ability to work independently, pay close attention to detail, and remain organized.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, drive for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights over 6 feet.
Compensation and Benefits:
