Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store management team, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Supervise and train sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the store's visual appeal.
  • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
