Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Handle cash register transactions using various payment methods including cash, cheque, debit, credit card, and gift card.
  • Ensure accurate cash register balancing and manage financial documentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers positively and enthusiastically, both in person and over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety protocols, adhering to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program.
