We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to support the Asset Recovery Program at FSA Federal. The successful candidate will assist attorneys with the litigation process, review work of paralegals and clerks, and prepare documents related to the litigation process.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with the litigation process, including drafting motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.
  • Review work of paralegals and clerks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare all documents related to the litigation process, including drafting and editing.
  • Screen documents for privilege and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school or currently a student at an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year completed.
  • Experience conducting legal research using various research tools and law library resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including legal writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, deliver high-quality work, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Chinese language proficiency.
  • Experience working in a law enforcement or government agency.

Target Salary Range

$72,810 - $83,725. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
