Practice Liaison Representative

US Fertility, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Liaison to join our national team. As a Practice Liaison, you will represent our organization to the referring provider community, industry partners, and patients within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, leveraging market and competitive intelligence to drive patient referrals.
- Organize and lead networking opportunities to partner with referring providers in the care of our patients.
- Work closely with Shady Grove Fertility physicians to establish individual account strategies, target accounts, and referral goals.
- Monitor referral volume daily and tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on results.
- Leverage industry partners to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awareness.
- Deliver weekly activity reports, monthly territory and expense reports, and present referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetings.
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Liberal Arts & Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical/intangible service sales.
- Women's healthcare pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Strong technical skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Power BI.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
