This position is pivotal in enhancing the resource allocation for the student experience through informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations within the Student Affairs Facilities and Operations sector, supporting multiple campus facilities.
  • Report directly to the Director of Facilities and Operations in a full-time capacity.
  • Engage regularly with the planning and finance department of Student Affairs.
  • Receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits program.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, budgetary reporting, enterprise management software, and electronic procurement systems.
  • Understanding of procurement regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis, ideally within a higher education context.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A criminal background check is required for the selected candidate.
