This position is pivotal in enhancing the resource allocation for the student experience through informed, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations within the Student Affairs Facilities and Operations sector, supporting multiple campus facilities.
- Report directly to the Director of Facilities and Operations in a full-time capacity.
- Engage regularly with the planning and finance department of Student Affairs.
- Receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits program.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Excel, budgetary reporting, enterprise management software, and electronic procurement systems.
- Understanding of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis, ideally within a higher education context.
